Excellent course, one of the best of the many I took. Far from being dull and dry. In fact, it is very engaging, both scientific and practical, and truly worthwhile. Totally recommend this course to anyone looking to build or change the culture in their own business. It helped me understand what culture is and develop a list of practical tools I could use to structure the culture development process in my own company. It was great for networking as well. All in all, the course was worth the investment - it is an experience not a bunch of classes you sit and listen to.
